Cancellation Policy

Cancelling 72 hours or more prior to arrival:

In the event you are unable to camp with us, we will try to reschedule your stay for a date that works better for you free of charge. If we are unable to find a date that works better for you, and you would like a refund, a 20% processing fee will be ducted from your total refund.

Cancelling less than 72 hours prior to arrival:

In the event you are unable to camp with us, we will try to reschedule your stay for a date that works better for you free of charge. If we are unable to find a date that works better for you, and you would like a refund, a 50% processing fee will be ducted from your total refund.
